Perhaps a Polish deli to hear about the origins of Pittsburgh’s favorite comfort food or maybe for a pierogi-making lesson in a church basement? Guests will see icons and murals and meet Joe Magarac, the historic Croation tall-tale hero of Pittsburgh’s steel mills.
