DAY ONE–Wednesday, April 23, 2025
8 a.m.: Depart Holy Trinity Serbian Orthodox Cathedral, 450 Maxwell Drive, Pittsburgh, Pa 15236.
10 a.m.: Rest stop enroute for approximately 1/2 hour. May bring food/snacks onto the bus with you.
12:30-1:30 p.m.: Arrive at Julius Sturgis Pretzel Factory, 219 East Main Street, Lititz, PA for a tour and hot pretzels.
1:30-3 p.m.: Enjoy free time to shop and explore the quaint town of Lititz Pa.
3 p.m.: Depart for Best Western Intercourse Village Inn & Suites, 3610 East Newport Road, Gordonville, PA 17529.
4 p.m.: Check-in at Best Western Intercourse Village Inn & Suites, with some time to relax, swim in the hotel pool, or visit the Kitchen Kettle Village across the street.
5:30 p.m.: Depart for Dutch Apple Dinner Theater for dinner and show, 510 Centerville Road, Lancaster, PA 17601.
6 p.m.: Enjoy a delicious dinner and “Fiddler on the Roof” at Dutch Apple Dinner Theater. Enjoy this Tony Award Winning musical set in a small Russian village. Tevye, his wife Golde, and their five daughters are led through the wonders of life and have their faith tested.
DAY TWO–Thursday, April 24, 2025
6:30-9:30 a.m.: Breakfast at the hotel restaurant.
8:30 a.m.: Please place your bags outside your door before leaving for breakfast.
10 a.m.: Depart for Sight and Sound Theater.
11 a.m.: Noah! All Aboard the Ark! With a catastrophic storm on its way, Noah is given a monumental task: build a boat big enough to save his family from a flood that will cover the entire earth. Noah endeavors faithfully amidst a chaotic world to trust in God’s promise. This landmark production returns to Sight and Sound Theater for one season only to take you on board the world’s best-known voyage. Set sail inside the enormous ark as this extraordinary story comes to life in this Sight and Sound's 30th Anniversary Season.
2 p.m.: Depart for our mid-day meal in an Amish home.
2:30 p.m.: Stop at Michael’s Homestyle Breads, 417 Georgetown Road, Strasburg, Pa 17579 along the way for some homemade goodies.
3 p.m.: Delicious Amish dinner at Ruth Lapp’s home. Enjoy the cooking and hospitality of Ruth Lapp, our Amish hostess who will serve a “Family Style“ meal, including two meats, and all of her delicious homemade side dishes. Ruth has some home made things to sell and only takes cash.
4:30 p.m.: Depart for home with a rest stop enroute at approximately 6 p.m.
